1. Before sleep, put a spoon of soup with a cup of water and drink next morning.
2. Take some leaves of Neem and drink luke warm water daily morning.
3. At every morning in empty stomach, drink a glass of fresh water with a spoon of turmeric.
4. Take an uncooked tomato every morning which control hunger and help to loose the weight.
5. Take 250 grams uncooked cabbage daily which control fat producing elements like Sugar and Carbohydrate.
6. Take a piece of ginger daily or take a spoon of ginger juice before take food items.
7. Use green and fresh chilly into foods which contain Capsaicin, hepls to loose the weight rapidly.
8. Mix a spoon of lemon juice, honey and half spoon of black chilly powder with a glass of water and drink daily morning.
9. Drink a glass of luke warm water with mixing a spoon of honey and half spoon of “DAALCHINI”.
10. Drink a glass of ‘Amala’ and Aloe Vera juice every morning and drink a glass of water.
11. Eat lots of papaya in night time while feel hunger.
12. Drink a glass of gourd juice everyday which contain lots of fiber.
13. Drink a cup of green tea 3 times per day mixing ginger and lemon juice.
