In summer you will feel good to drink cold water every time. Some of the people have the habits of drinking water along with food. But drinking cold water after the food is not good for health. This is harmful for health which has been told by the professors as well. According to them drinking water along with food will affect the digestive system and decreases the immunization power as well.
Drinking water along with water is harmful for gall bladder as well. Our body has the normal temperature of 37 degree. So it will be good to drink the water of 20 to 22 degree Celsius. But drinking the water cold than that is harmful. Especially drinking cold water along or just after food is more harmful.
Drinking cold water just after food will decrease the digestive juice in the body which creates the constipation problem. This will bring the problem of heart. This habit will risk the heart attack. This was studied on China and Japan. The people of China and Japan doesn’t drink cold water rather they drink hot tea. So the heart attack problem is rare there. Cold water just after the food will get mixed to the acid in the body that produces the fats and the fat is increased in the body.
