The parliament meeting has been postponed till 1:00 pm as the main opposition party Nepali Congress and ruling parties are holding talks to resume the House at Parliament building New Baneshwar. NC has obstructed the Parliament meeting demanding inquiry into the leakage of budget information before it was presented in the parliament. With the objection of the NC, the meeting scheduled for 11:00 am today has been postponed until 1:00 pm. Nepali Congress has demanded a parliamentary probe committee to investigate into the matter.
