त्रिभुवन विश्वविद्यालयबाट सम्बन्धन प्राप्त कलेजका अध्यक्ष विष्णुप्रसाद शर्मा र एनएमबी बैंकका प्रमुख कार्यकारी अधिकृत उपेन्द्र पौडलबीच शैक्षिक कर्जा योजनासम्बन्धी समझदारीपत्रमा हस्ताक्षर भएपछि शैक्षिक प्रमाणपत्र धितो राखेर पढ्न पाउने सुनिश्चित भएको अाजको अन्नपूर्णमा समाचार छ ।
