A horrifying video of a man throwing a dog from a terrace has surfaced on Facebook and is being widely circulated on WhatsApp. The dog shakes and whimpers as the man smiles at the camera and holds him by the neck and back. He then drops the dog from a height and the video ends with sound of the dog crying in pain. (we have chosen to not upload the video).
The man's face is clear in the video and he even poses for a while looking into the camera with a smile on his face. The video in slow motion shows the dog being thrown down, from one of the upper floors. It is however not clear when the video was shot.
