Don’t you sleep early at night with the lots of work of office and college? Or you spent your half night by using Facebook?So, it is better to avoid the habit of eating food by side during late night stay.
If you can not sleep till late night, then you must be careful with food habit. A research have shown that staying awake till late and having a heavy food for late stay will give lots of defects on health.
A research shows that the less you eat at night, the more positive effect on your concentration and study power.
According to Senior author Devida Dingeja of Pennsylvania University, a people need to eat around 5 hundred calories worth of food to stay late at night.
He states that eating less at night will decrease many problems, including mental stress.During the study, 44 people from 21 to 50 age group were involved.
During the study, they were given much food and water every day,. They were given only four hours of sleep at night. Since 4th night, 20 people were continue with more food and water. And remaining people were only allow to have water after 10 pm. They all were let to sleep at 4pm only.
The study shows that people not eating any food but water only at night are more healthier and fit. No concentration were seen in people, who were eating food at night. But, people only sleeping for 4 hours without food were still energetic.
